Individually family owned and operated, the marina offers wet slips open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis, giving boaters and sailors a straightforward, no-frills place to dock. Pier 3 should not be confused with Julington Creek Marina at 12807 San Jose Boulevard, a separate property managed independently.
