Location & Overview Oasis Boatyard is a full-service boatyard and marina in historic St. Augustine, Florida, located just off the Intracoastal Waterway in the heart of downtown. With over 40 years of combined experience, the team specializes in custom work tailored to each boat owner's needs, while also welcoming do-it-yourself boaters who prefer to maintain their own vessels. The yard's central location puts boaters within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and historic charm of the Oldest City.
Marina & Dockage Oasis Marina offers 45 slips just off the Intracoastal Waterway, with daily, monthly, and annual rental options available for vessels of all sizes. Every slip includes access to 30 and 50 amp electrical service, potable water, and Wi-Fi, along with 24-hour security, bathroom and laundry facilities, a fish cleaning station, and on-site parking. For boats that spend extended time in the water, DS Diving's underwater hull cleaning keeps hulls and running gear free of marine growth between haul-outs, without requiring a slip to sit empty during service.
Boatyard & DIY Services As a do-it-yourself boat yard, Oasis Boatyard gives boat owners the space and equipment to handle their own maintenance and repairs, with 30 and 50 amp DIY/work power connections available both on the water and on land. The yard also offers full catamaran and mono-hull haul-out services, getting boats out of the water, blocked, and relaunched, supported by an on-site Galion 150 crane, forklift, and scissor lift rental. An indoor building and paint bay provide weather-protected space for bottom paint and other project work, while on-site T.I.G. welding rounds out the yard's in-house capabilities.
Storage & Complementary Underwater Services Oasis Boatyard also provides both wet dockage and land storage, including mast storage for boaters who need somewhere secure to keep spars during haul-out or off-season work. For projects that call for work below the waterline while a boat is still afloat, DS Diving offers underwater welding and prop pulling, complementing Oasis's own on-site crane, forklift, and T.I.G. welding capabilities for owners who'd rather not wait for a haul-out slot.
